By accessing or using Wint Wise, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Wint Wise provides non-discretionary mutual fund advisory services under a fiduciary framework. We suggest optimal portfolio allocations and rebalancing actions; all execution decisions remain with you. We do not hold custody of your funds or execute transactions on your behalf.
3. Investment Risk
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Wint Wise's recommendations are based on publicly available data and our proprietary models; they do not guarantee returns.
4. Eligibility
Our services are available to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older. By using Wint Wise you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. Fees
Wint Wise operates on a fee-only model. We do not earn distribution commissions from any mutual fund house. Current fee schedules are available within the app and are subject to change with prior notice.
6. Termination
You may terminate your use of Wint Wise at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.
